Remote Asset Integrity Monitoring (R-AIM) on KadMap®

Remote asset integrity monitoring (R-AIM) is a solution based on a hybrid framework and visualized and operated on KadMap® with the EE enterprise in focus.
This hybrid framework synergizes the strengths of both artificial intelligence and risk management in a defined framework to monitor, predict and manage asset integrity. You can access the publication HERE
R-AIM is a digital counterpart of risk-based inspection (RBI). R-AIM complements RBI with real-time data reporting, remote surveillance, enterprise view and interactivity, round-the-clock access to information, industrial collaboration, managerial oversight and decision making among others. RBI becomes further improved with the digital companion service R-AIM on KadMap®.

R-AIM can be accessed and visualized in real-time in KadMap® Asset Player™.
KES develops and maintains KadMap® Asset Player™ - a KadMap® application, which processes and interprets asset data into DTTF -based integrity readings which managers and decision makers can use to:

R-AIM relies on sensors data such as pressure, temperature, strain, displacement, inclination, torque, orientation, vibration, flow rate, load, etc. to carry out in-depth technical and computational analyses to determine component/plant integrity in real-time. This is done for various equipment across various industries.

Data Processing And Visualization

Asset operation produces tons of data. KadMap® extracts and processes data (particularly data pertaining to asset integrity and production) from the assets into intelligible information which could be used by managers and decision makers. KadMap® lends from a plethora of data processing algorithms from risk science and artificial intelligence to predict asset integrity/degradation while also displaying production.



Asset Player™


KadMap®'s data visualization objective features an all-new innovative way to abstract the physical view of an asset on KadMap®. Assets are represented with crisp high definition life-like counterparts in the viewing window. Asset Player™ is a powerful visualizer with an intuitive interface conveying a host of critical information about client's assets including live indicators of asset’s integrity and production performance. Asset Player™ can embed a vast array of assets from flow stations to powerplants and refineries.

Live Asset data is processed and streamed in realtime on KadMap®. KadMap® features live charts with key indices of asset health and performance The data displayed gives a reliable holistic outlook on the entire asset which managers and decision makers could rely on for critical operational decisions.

KadMap® uses a special set of indices to further classify and interpret the integrity level of assets and components into severity levels for managers/decision makers.
